And it is totally my favorite too so I hope you guys love it!┬áPersonally, my favorite fat to use for this recipe is coconut oil because of the taste that it imparts and the amazing benefits to your health. Anti-Inflammatory Bone Broth

Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 8oz warm bone broth (beef, chicken, etc)
  • 1 Tbs fat of choice (ghee, butter, coconut oil, lard)
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of cloves
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar.
  2. Blend with immersion blender until combined.
  3. Alternatively, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.

    I am not one much to responding to recipes…But, holy cow, this was awesome! I needed something to replace my nightly hot cocoa (just unsweetened cocoa powder, hot water and coconut oil), due to going on the AIP, and this hits the spot. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect with this one and was prepared to dump it down the sink…but it’s a winner.
